This page is a list of rules, regulations, and guidelines for the Movie Monster Wiki.
Rules
No Foul Language! No racial slurs, homophobic slurs, foul language, or any other bigotry/dickotry towards other wiki users. Racial, gender-centric, or homophobic slurs of any kind are bannable offenses.
No Editing of Categories! No creating, editing, or deleting category or template pages without express permission from one of the administrators.
No Spamming! No Spamming. Spamming is the act of rapidly posting bare-bones pages or comments. Spamming will result in your account being temporarily banned.
No Drama! Do not troll or start pointless drama just for the sake of it. If there is a beef between users, alert an administrator.
No Non-Horror Monsters or Slashers! We are focused on horror movie monsters. Do not create pages based on Monsters Inc. characters or creatures from Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter. In addition, we do not accept slashers such as Jason Vorhees, Freddy Krueger, or Michael Myers. Monsters from horror-comedy films, such as Gremlins and Ghostbusters, are accepted. Monsters from kaiju films, such as King Kong, Godzilla, Gamera, and Cloverfield, are also accepted. Focus on kaiju films, extraterrestrial films, creature features, and natural horror films.
